KETAMINE THERAPY INTENSIVES

Go deeper when weekly therapy isn’t enough.

A focused, extended therapeutic experience combining low-dose ketamine with active, IFS-informed, somatic, and trauma-focused psychotherapy. Unlike a standard ketamine session, we use the extended time to actively work with the patterns, wounds, emotions, and protective parts that emerge—creating space for deeper therapeutic work than a traditional therapy hour allows.

How Is a Ketamine Therapy Intensive Different?

Traditional Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy may include a ketamine experience supported by a therapist, followed by integration work to help you process and make meaning of what emerged.

A Ketamine Therapy Intensive is different. Using a lower-dose ketamine experience, we remain actively engaged in psychotherapy throughout an extended 3–6 hour therapeutic session.

We may work with parts, emotions, body sensations, memories, relationship patterns, beliefs, or protective responses as they emerge. The extended format gives us time to slow down, follow the work where it leads, and stay with material that may be difficult to fully explore within a traditional therapy hour.

The medicine may help open the door. The intensive gives us time to do the therapeutic work once we’re there.

What Your Ketamine Therapy Intensive Includes

Preparation

Once your Ketamine Therapy Intensive is scheduled, you’ll receive a guided Soluna preparation workbook to complete before your intensive. The workbook is designed to help you slow down, explore your intentions, identify patterns or parts that may be asking for attention, and begin noticing what you want to bring into the experience.

I’ll review your workbook before your intensive, and we’ll use what emerges to help guide and personalize our work together.

Any therapy or assessment sessions needed before scheduling an intensive are billed at regular session rates.

The Intensive

Your Ketamine Therapy Intensive is a focused 3-6 hour therapeutic experience. We’ll use low-dose ketamine alongside IFS-informed parts work, somatic awareness, and trauma-focused therapy, allowing us to follow the work wherever it needs to go without the limits of a traditional therapy hour.

Integration

Integration begins during the intensive itself, with time to process what emerged before we close. Your intensive also includes one 45–50 minute follow-up integration session within a few days, giving us space to explore what continues to unfold and connect the experience to your ongoing healing work. Additional integration or therapy sessions, if desired or clinically appropriate, are billed at your regular session rate.

Investment

Ketamine Therapy Intensive is a focused, extended therapeutic experience using low-dose ketamine alongside IFS-informed parts work, somatic awareness, and trauma-focused therapy.

Intensives are $400 per hour, with a three-hour minimum and six-hour maximum.

3 hours — $1,200
4 hours — $1,600
5 hours — $2,000
6 hours — $2,400

Your intensive fee covers psychotherapy, preparation materials, the extended intensive, and one follow-up integration session. Medical evaluation, prescribing, ketamine medication, and related medical fees are separate and paid directly to your independent medical provider.

Is a Ketamine Therapy Intensive Right for You?

A Ketamine Therapy Intensive may be a good fit if you’ve already developed insight into your patterns but still find yourself repeating them, feel stuck despite previous therapy, or want dedicated time to work more deeply than a traditional weekly session allows.

This work may be especially helpful if you’re ready to explore:

Trauma or childhood wounds that continue to shape your present

Patterns in relationships that you understand but struggle to change

People-pleasing, perfectionism, or difficulty trusting yourself

Protective parts that keep you stuck, shut down, or disconnected

Emotions or experiences that have been difficult to access in traditional therapy

A desire for deeper, focused therapeutic work rather than another weekly hour

Ketamine Therapy Intensives aren’t appropriate for everyone. We’ll determine together whether this approach is clinically appropriate for you before scheduling an intensive.
